Terms and Conditions for [We Evolv3 Retreat]
1. Booking & Payment
- A refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full [30] days prior to the retreat start date.
- If the balance is not paid by this time, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- We accept payment via credit card and bank transfer.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 60 days before the retreat: You may cancel your booking and receive a refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Alternatively, you can opt for a full credit note valid for 12 months.
- Between 30-60 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded or you can receive a credit note for the full amount.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund will be provided. You may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost.
- No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
3. Health & Safety
- All participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at least 7 days before the retreat.
- Participation in any physical activities is at your own risk. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending the retreat if you have any concerns.
4. Program Changes & Force Majeure
- The retreat program may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., changes in instructors or weather conditions). No refunds will be provided for such changes, but we will endeavour to notify you as early as possible.
- In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we may issue a credit note for a future retreat instead of a refund.
5. Conduct & Respect for Others
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully and mindfully towards others. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
