Last Saturday night, I sat in circle with a group of men.

Not to network. Not to talk shop. Not to pretend we had our shit together.

Just to sit. To breathe. To feel. And to be fucking human for a moment.

What happened next transformed me completely.

I witnessed something primal – something holy… Men letting go. One by one, they softened. Spoke. Shook. Broke.

Then rose again, stronger.

No one had to be “the man” in that circle. We could just… be.

Here’s the brutal truth most won’t tell you: Men are dying inside. Quietly. Slowly. Behind smiles and promotions and Instagram captions.

Nobody sees it because we’ve made silence look like strength.

Society’s instruction manual never changes: provide, protect, lead, succeed, love deeply, fuck passionately, fix everything, stay calm, never complain, and somehow still remember to meditate and journal every morning with a green juice and a smile.

But there’s one critical page missing.

Where the hell do we go to bleed?

Where do we go to speak without being judged, fixed, or told to “man up”?

Where do we go when the mask becomes too heavy to carry?

Men don’t need another podcast about success. They don’t need another workshop on productivity.

They need sacred spaces.

Spaces where the armor can finally come off. Where we can bring the shame, the grief, the guilt, the confusion, the rage, the heartbreak – and not get told to “calm down” or “be positive.”

I’ve witnessed it enough times now to know the truth.

Something ancient awakens when men sit in circle, breathe together, and stop pretending.

Something undeniable. Something real. Something we’ve been starving for.

And I’m bringing it back.

I’m creating Men’s Circles. With breathwork. With stillness. With full permission to feel everything you’ve been shoving down.

No titles. No egos. No hollow “I’m good, bro.”

Just presence. Just men being truly seen. Just men remembering what it means to be human again.

If something shifted inside you while reading this… if there’s a part of you tired of holding it all together, exhausted from pretending you’re fine, sick of feeling alone even surrounded by people – then this is your call.

Message me. DM me. Reach out.

This is not therapy. This is not a lecture. This is not another fucking podcast.

This is you. This is us. This is the circle.

The circle is open.
You’ll know if it’s time.
Come take your seat.

The only question that matters: Will you answer?

Big Love,

Dino
