  • Be present. The moment you’re in right now is all you really have.

  • Vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s connection.

Rule of thumb: Surround yourself with people who actually give a damn about you.

8. Energy: Your Hidden Superpower

Energy isn’t just about caffeine. It’s the life force that keeps you going, whether it’s through breath, movement, or mindset.

Boost your energy by:

  • Breathing properly (bet you’re doing it wrong).
  • Moving your body daily.
  • Getting enough sunlight.
