I talk to a lot of people who feel stuck.
Not broken. Just… off.
No fire.
No flow.
No idea where the energy went.
And here’s what I’ve come to realise – it’s usually not a mindset issue.
It’s not a lack of discipline or drive.
It’s a nervous system that’s overloaded, disconnected, or exhausted.
And I get it. I’ve been there too…overwhelmed, pushing down my emotions, overstructured, running on discipline and caffeine, wondering why I still felt anxious, distracted, and off-centre.
Then I came across a simple framework from Dr. Phil Stutz—you might’ve seen him in the Netflix doc Stutz.
He calls it the Life Force Pyramid – and for me, it didn’t introduce anything new. But it gave structure to what I was already living and teaching. A simple, clear way to explain what actually moves the needle.
There are three levels.
Each one supports the next.
Miss one, and your whole system starts to wobble.
1. The Body (The Foundation)
If you’re not sleeping, moving, or breathing well… you’re not thinking clearly. Period.
You can’t mindset your way out of a dysregulated nervous system.
You’ve got to start with the body.
Daily movement. Cold showers. Deep, slow nasal breathing.
Simple stuff, but it’s what resets your system and gives your ego something to trust.
2. People (Your Mirror)
We don’t heal in isolation.
Community regulates us.
Presence reflects presence.
And let’s be hones…the people around you can either soothe your nervous system or light it up like a fire alarm.
Call a friend. Join a circle. Ask for help.
Let yourself be seen by someone who doesn’t need you to perform.
3. Yourself (The Real Work)
This is where it gets interesting.
Because even when the body’s moving and the people are solid…You’ll still sabotage your peace if you haven’t looked inward.
Shadow work.
Journaling.
Stillness (meditation, breathwork)
This is where we face the parts of ourselves we’ve ignored.
The guilt, the shame, the fears.
But here’s the thing…the ego doesn’t need to be killed.
It needs to be integrated.
Understood.
Held.
And that only happens when you show up for yourself consistently.
Not just when it’s convenient, but especially when it’s not.
So if you’re feeling stuck right now, try this…
Don’t force it.
Don’t hustle harder.
Just check the pyramid.
Are you moving your body?
Are you connecting with people who see you?
Are you showing up for the you that lives underneath the noise?
Breathe into that.
Start there.
The rest will follow.
Big Love,
Dino
